• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or service.
• For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.

• If you have made a payment for a service and need to cancel within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.

4. Rescheduling:
