1. Cancellation Procedure:
- If you need to cancel your appointment or service, please notify us as soon as possible.
- To cancel, please send an email to wasim@stammeringcare.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request.”
2. Cancellation Timeframe:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or service.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
3. Refund Policy:
- If you have made a payment for a service and need to cancel within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information on eligibility and refund process.
4. Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment time.
- We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
5. Exceptions:
- In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
- If your cancellation is due to extenuating circumstances, please provide relevant documentation to support your request.
